I started learning photography (informally) over 20 years ago – it was a dream of mine to exhibit and sell. But stuff happens in life, and for various reasons I sold my camera and my precious Contax lenses and gave it up. I have always regretted that. Over the last couple of years I’ve revitalised my interest, bought new equipment, and started shooting again. I am highly influenced by my emotions, with much of my work symbolizing my once solitary life and nature. I’m still exploring and searching for a “style” to call my own, and that is a never-ending process. As I live and experience new things, as I learn, I change – and my work changes with me. However my love of the night, wonder at nature, and search for that “perfect moment” will never leave me.
